Hi, my name is Alex Lombardi.
I’m a Designer of Futures, Educator, International Real Estate Woman of Influence, and admittedly – a pizza lover.
Through my workshops, seminars and events, I inspire female corporate teams, realtors, entrepreneurs and business leaders – to design their own futures by creating a vision of the professional and personal life that they want to live, and a game plan to get them there.
Fact is, as a single mother of two, I’ve done my fair share of hoping and wishing and dreaming. But, I’ve also backed my dreams up with a systematic plan to move them from “hope for” to “have done”.
Let me take a moment and tell you a bit of my story.
As I said at the onset, I’m a Designer of Futures, Educator, International Real Estate Woman of Influence, and admittedly – a pizza lover.

This is not a cute add-on by my marketing team. This. Is. A. Fact.
Few things in this world are more intoxicating than a fresh, hot pizza.
And, I’m not just talking about a slice of pizza. It’s the whole pie – or it’s goodbye.
International Real Estate Woman of Influence
A few decades ago, when I was but a teenager, I was introduced to an “International Businesswoman”. EVERYTHING about this woman made an impression on me. After spending an hour with her I decided that I too wanted to become an international businesswoman. (You could say that my quest to design the future that I wanted to live started early on!)
Skip forward to today and I stand before you as an award-winning international real estate professional, an international speaker, and an international trainer.
Educator
With more than 20 years of Personal and Organizational Transformation coaching experience, I have trained hundreds in designing AND creating the future that they want to live – professionally and personally.
I’ve delivered results-focused, dare I say, “life changing”, workshops for women – global real estate agents…international corporations…entrepreneurial associations…business organizations…and local, national and international business leaders.

As a Designer of Futures, I am committed to delivering workshops and seminars that teach, inspire and impact everyone in attendance. They’re intensive (and fun) workshops where female – corporate teams, realtors, entrepreneurs and business leaders – learn how to design their own futures by creating a vision of the life they want to live professionally and personally, and a game plan to get them there
